About Balaji Seshadri
Balaji Seshadri is a Graduate of Commerce from Vivekananda College, Chennai and Certified in Advanced Human Resources from IIM, Lucknow.
With Belief Systems as the name of his venture and the tagline "Business Excellence through People & Process Transformation", Balaji Seshadri serves as a Chief Belief Officer (CBO). Through training, coaching, and mentoring, he has transformed thousands of Human Resources across organizations and revamped entire HR departments for over 240 organisations.
As a Business and Leadership Coach, Balaji has mentored over 350 entrepreneurs, helping them believe in their business models and overcome failure by building strong convictions and values.
He also runs an NGO named SAKKHI, which empowers and transforms the lives of transgenders by creating jobs for respectful living.
